Terms of Use

These terms apply to BuyIt Printables at buyitprintables.com (the “Site”). By using the Site or downloading anything from it, you agree to them.
1. What the Site offers
The Site lists printable digital products (PDFs and similar files) that are sold and delivered through Payhip, and free in-browser tools that generate 3D-printable STL files. The 3D tools run entirely in your browser; we don’t receive, upload or store your designs.
2. Purchases and refunds
Paid products are sold through Payhip, and checkout, payment and delivery happen there under Payhip’s terms. Because digital files are delivered instantly, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise. If a file won’t open or is damaged, contact us through the Payhip product page and we’ll help or send a replacement.
3. License for printables
Printables are for personal use and for use in your own home or classroom (teachers may copy them for their own students). Unless a product page says otherwise, you may not resell, share, re-upload or redistribute the files, or sell printed copies.
4. License for 3D files
STL files you generate with the Site are for your personal, non-commercial use unless we say otherwise in writing. You may print them for yourself, family and friends. You may not resell the generator, copy its code, or offer the files or printed items for sale as your own product without our permission.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site or its files to make:
- firearms, firearm parts or accessories, ammunition, suppressors, or any other weapons or weapon components;
- items that copy another party’s copyrighted work, trademark, logo or character, including through the name plate, text or “Design Your Own” tools;
- counterfeit goods, items meant to defeat locks, security or safety equipment, or anything illegal where you live;
- items intended to harm or harass people or animals, or damage property.
You are responsible for making sure what you make and print is lawful where you live.
6. Printing safety and no guarantee of results
3D models on the Site are generated by code and have not been test-printed. We make no promise about how a print will turn out. Fit, strength and appearance depend on your printer, material, settings and skill. Always check the model in your slicer first.
You are responsible for printing safely: follow your printer’s and filament maker’s instructions, ventilate your space, don’t leave a running printer unattended, and supervise children. Printed items are not tested or certified. Do not use them for food or drink contact, medical, structural or load-bearing, electrical-safety, or child-safety purposes, and keep small parts away from children under 3.
7. No warranty
The Site, its tools and its files are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, BuyIt Printables is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss, damage or injury arising from printed items, printing, or use of the Site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Links to other sites
The Site links to other sites, such as Payhip, print services and Globex Kids. Those sites have their own terms and policies, and orders you place there are between you and them. We are not paid by the print services we mention. If that ever changes, we’ll label those links.
10. Privacy
The Site has no ads and no sign-ups, and the 3D tools don’t collect your designs. Payhip handles purchase information under its own privacy policy. The Site is not directed at children under 13.
11. Copyright concerns
If you believe something on the Site infringes your rights, please contact us through our Payhip store page with a description of the material, and we’ll review it promptly.

12. Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version with a new date. Using the Site after an update means you accept the new terms.
